AI is no longer optional: companies in Moldova are seeking real integration solutions!

Today, the Foreign Investors Association (FIA), in partnership with Denis Zacon, Founder & CEO of AI SKILLS, brought together business community representatives for a practical workshop on an increasingly urgent topic “AI adoption and intelligent agents: how workflows and team roles are evolving.”

The event highlighted how artificial intelligence is transforming business operations — from process optimization and automation to the redefinition of team roles. A clear takeaway from the discussions: the challenge is no longer choosing AI tools, but integrating them in a controlled, secure, and compliant way.

A central focus was the “shadow AI” phenomenon — the unofficial use of AI solutions by employees — and the risks it poses to data, compliance, and internal processes. At the same time, the workshop emphasized a major shift: moving from simple conversational tools to AI agents capable of executing complex tasks and workflows.

The agenda also covered regional trends in AI adoption, frameworks for responsible implementation (internal policies, data governance, compliance), and live demonstrations based on real business processes. Participants received concrete recommendations and clear steps to initiate AI adoption within their own organizations.

Through this initiative, FIA reaffirms its commitment to supporting the business community in digital transformation and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
