Today, the Executive Directorate of the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA) participated in the Advisory Council Meeting on the Digitalization of the Economy – iCouncil, organized under the auspices of the Economic Council attached to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
During the event, the following were presented:
🔹 The study on assessing digital maturity and user experience for essential public services aimed at the business environment 📈, an initiative implemented in the context of the “Remote Business in Moldova” objective.
🔹 The new Digital Legislative Package 📜, resulting from the public-private dialogue conducted on the Economic Council platform, prepared by the Secretariat of ConsEcon at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization. The collected proposals aim to remove barriers in the digital economy, including: access to the financial services market, FinTech financing, access to international platforms, AML requirements, fiscal treatment, dispute resolution, and G2B procedures.
FIA Moldova emphasizes the importance of active business community engagement 🤝 in consulting these initiatives, to ensure a direct impact on the quality and applicability of the final results and to make this set of proposals a practical and effective tool for the entire business community.
