WG of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity

The meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity took place on 14 May.

1. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the draft law on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services.

2. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants.

3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the coexistence of genetically modified crops with conventional and organic crops.

4. Examination of the draft Government Decision to amend Government Decision no. 141/2019 regarding the application of checkout and control equipment when making settlements.

5. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on establishing the criteria for determining the conditions under which copper waste, iron and steel waste and aluminum waste, glass shards and compost cease to be waste and the indications methods for establishing the criteria for ending the waste status.

6. Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the draft law for the modification of some normative acts (tobacco control).

7. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the minimum security and health requirements of workers exposed to the risks generated by the action of artificial optical radiation.

8. Review of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft law on the strategic goods trade control regime.
