As part of its commitment to the community, Moldcell continues to contribute to the development and digital empowerment of communities and together with the Moldcell Foundation has provided free Wi-Fi access to all residents and visitors to the village of Valeni, which has become the first SMART Village in Moldova and Eastern Europe.
