“I solemnly promise to learn new things at any age, to navigate the digital world with courage, and to remember my passwords—or at least where I wrote them down.” 

These are the opening lines of the oath recited by the 40 graduates of the Third Age University in Bălți during their graduation ceremony held at “Alecu Russo” State University. Among them was Mrs. Ana, who proudly received her diploma at the age of 90. 🎓

Throughout an entire year, participants developed digital skills, studied English, learned about cybersecurity, explored artificial intelligence, and gained knowledge in financial education. It was a year in which the desire to learn overcame any barrier or limitation.

UV3 is more than just an educational program. It is a space for growth, social interaction, and active engagement—created for people who choose to remain open, curious, and connected to today’s fast-changing world. 🌍
