“Support for quality education” project – SEBN MD
SEBN MD has contributed to the enrichment of the library’s book collection in Cristești Gymnasium. The donation of books is a social responsibility activity within the project “SEBN MD – support for quality education”, through which the company aims to facilitate access to quality education for children from disadvantaged families.
Students and teachers welcomed the set of books, saying that the given titles will be useful both for learning the curriculum and for increasing their interest in reading, and that systematic reading and proper guidance will help them broaden their intellectual and spiritual horizons. As the donation was given on World Poetry Day, the little learners prepared a recital of poems about books and learning.
SEBN MD is a model economic agent through the social responsibility activities it implements. Facilitating access to education for children from disadvantaged backgrounds is the major objective of the project “Support for quality education”, launched by SEBN MD in 2017. Since the launch of the project, students from more than 30 institutions in Orhei, Rezina, Soldanesti, Telenesti, Criuleni, Nisporeni districts have benefited from donations provided by SEBN MD.
