Post-covid complex screening and Breast screening for health workers – Medpark

Supporting medical workers is one of the priority directions of the “Medpark” Foundation.

The two projects Post-covid complex screening and Breast screening for health workers are part of the Care for colleagues strategic program of the Foundation.

More than two hundred medical workers, who suffered from COVID-19 infection benefited of complex screening medical consultations to assess their health during convalescence and recover starting with 2020.
✅ Overall 450 medical consultations; 200 CT scans; 2300 laboratory tests.
✅ Budget up to 1 million lei.

The Breast screening for health workers was launched in March 2021.
The project consists of providing medical assistance to employees of medical institutions in order to prevent breast cancer;
✅ Medical services offered to beneficiaries: mammography and consultation of the mammologist;

✅ Up to 200 beneficiaries in 2021;
✅ Preliminary results: 165 eligible applications. Overall number of services offered 300: consultations of mammologist and mammograms.
