Optimization of electricity consumption - Moldcell

Moldcell joined the national campaign to optimize electricity consumption💡 In doing so, the company is taking steps towards sustainable energy supply. In every Moldcell store, the lighting system will be switched off after the end of working hours, which will reduce electricity consumption in the stores by about 20%.
Energy Saving Project, launched in 2017, is a project to change incandescent lamps to LED electric lighting fixtures in the premises under the company’s management, which has reduced the electricity consumption of the lighting system by about 40% and is a first step in the goal of reducing electricity consumption on a larger scale.
In this way, the company’s corporate responsibility actions highlight the Strategy geared towards Responsible Consumption and Protection – a commitment made through the signing of the Memorandum of Support for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
As a priority for Moldcell, energy efficiency is applied not only in the company and store network, but also at home, by urging the employees.
