Online healthcare appointments won’t be an uncovered option for the beneficiaries of the ”Digital inclusion for social services and e-health” project, launched by Moldcell, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Moldova and the Future Technologies Project (Innovate Moldova)📱
The digital and innovation process has a major impact upon medical services, and it doesn’t stop here.
The older people from Donici and Bolohan villages were counseled by Moldcell Foundation volunteers how to benefit remotely from medical advices, using the mobile application.
Following this, we do promote the free access to medical services in rural regions where the beneficiaries live mostly in isolated areas.
**The pilot project offers free sessions of consultation and primary counseling services via phones, which were previously donated to a number of 630 older people within the project “Digital skills connect generations”, funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Moldova, #MoldcellFoundation, Czech Republic and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation of Moldova, and carried out by HelpAge International Moldova in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
