Learning through Experience / Draexlmaier

Students enrolled in the Dual Education system, together with Draexlmaier instructors, participated in a day dedicated to practical outdoor training (Outdoor Training) – an interactive and valuable experience for developing professional skills.

The activities carried out included:
• The group game “ZOOM” – an interactive team activity focused on coordination, effective communication, and mutual trust;
• Electrical wiring assembly – students completed practical tasks, applying technical knowledge and following execution steps;
• Wire bending exercises – hands-on tasks aimed at developing precision and manual dexterity in handling materials;
• Recruitment procedures in local communities – students distributed informational materials and interacted directly with potential candidates, enhancing communication and promotion skills;
• License plate verification – a practical activity involving the identification of company-affiliated vehicles;
• Parking permit control – an exercise in responsibility regarding compliance with rules and permit visibility;
• Robot route navigation – an activity that developed coordination, logical thinking, and teamwork.

Through these tasks, students strengthened their observation skills, responsibility, and discipline in following rules, while also gaining valuable practical experience.
