GEEIS certificate - Orange Moldova

Orange Moldova has obtained the GEEIS certificate – European and International Gender Equality Standard 🥳
At Orange Moldova, gender equality 👫is a conviction. In this sense, since 2015, we are aligned with the GEEIS Standard. This is a reconfirmation of the company’s efforts to ensure equal opportunities for Orange male and female employees.
In September 2023, we successfully passed the GEEIS certification confirmation audit. The certification takes place every 4 years and assesses the company’s actions against several criteria, such as: eliminating the gender pay gap, promoting gender professional diversity and other measures aimed at achieving work-life balance.
