“Future Leaders” Program | METRO Moldova

A new chapter has begun for the colleagues from METRO Botanica, who have successfully graduated from the “Future Leaders” program.

Over the course of 3.5 months, participants took part in training sessions, practical activities, and meetings with their mentors and coaches, developing the skills and competencies needed to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

For some of the graduates, this milestone also marks the beginning of a new professional journey. In the coming period, they will step into roles with greater responsibilities and will coordinate teams, putting into practice everything they have learned throughout the program.

Each diploma represents more than the completion of a training program. It reflects commitment, perseverance, and the desire to grow, proving that professional development is built through continuous learning and experiences that help people reach their full potential.
