The company serves an area covering over 77% of the country’s territory, distributing electricity to over 963,000 consumption points in the center and south of the country.

The company is part of the Premier Energy PLC group, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange with a solid presence in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Hungary.
