Ipn.md: FIA supports Gala of Students Native of Moldova
The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) supports the fourth Gala of Students Native of the Republic of Moldova (GSORM), which is a competition organized by a team that consists of active young people from the diaspora and ex-laureates of the Gala, in partnership with the public association “Forum of Graduates who Returned”. By supporting this event, the largest foreign investors of the country aim to contribute to the appreciation of the results of the young generations from the diaspora and to their integration at home.
Contacted by IPN, Elena Varta, FIA executive director, said the members of the Association realize the importance of young people with skills and knowledge obtained in the best foreign universities returning to the Republic of Moldova. Also, the foreign companies aim to promote young talents, young specialists, including because they know what potential these young people with a complex international path and with remarkable experience have.
Elena Varta noted that this commitment is even more valuable amid the massive exodus of young people witnessed in the recent past. Young people leave the Republic of Moldova almost daily and some of them choose to settle abroad. The intention to support the event is also in harmony and direct connection with the FIA values and the commitment undertaken through the agreement signed by FIA and the International Organization for Migration on March 18 this year.
In the Gala of Students Native of the Republic of Moldova, FIA will offer the top prize to the student who achieved the best results. The competition includes three categories: Excellence Contest, “GSORM talks” and “Returns that inspire”.
The fourth Gala of Students Native of the Republic of Moldova is held at the National Theater “Eugene Ionesco” on December 28.
