At Moldova Digital Summit 2026, a workshop was held focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on jobs, salaries, and skills.
Professionals from HR, management, and strategy discussed the need for reskilling, the development of digital skills, and the importance of pay transparency for a fair transition.
Data shows that 29% of female-dominated professions will be affected by AI, compared to 16% of male-dominated ones, highlighting risks of inequality.
Conclusion: The direction of digitalization depends not only on technology, but also on policies and decisions that can ensure inclusion and equity.
