The Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), represented by Ms. Inga Pascal, Project Manager, participated in a working meeting with representatives of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
In the context of strengthening cooperation with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, the meeting aimed to present the role and mandate of EU-OSHA, as well as the types of support available to countries with EU candidate status.
The event brought together representatives of various entities in the Republic of Moldova involved in the promotion of occupational safety and health, including social partners, occupational health and ergonomics specialists, providers of occupational safety and health services, as well as representatives of the business and academic communities. Participants had the opportunity to become familiar with cooperation mechanisms with EU-OSHA, engage in discussions, and address key challenges and priorities of the Republic of Moldova in the field of occupational safety and health.
