A working meeting on the management of unused annual leave was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
The meeting served as a platform for dialogue among representatives of the ministry, the business community, trade unions, and employers’ organizations, aiming to address issues related to the management of employees’ unused annual leave, its implications for labor relations, and the need to align the regulatory framework with European practices.
During the discussions, representatives of the business community highlighted key challenges associated with this topic, including the impact on labor costs and human resources planning, while also putting forward proposals to improve the regulatory framework.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies responsible for human resources, who contributed to the dialogue by presenting the business community’s position and outlining potential challenges in the implementation of the curent legal provisions.
