📍A working meeting, organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, took place in the context of launching the legislative screening process aimed at identifying and aligning national regulations with the requirements of Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market.
🗂️ This exercise represents an essential part of the commitments undertaken by the Republic of Moldova on its European path and aims to ensure:
– The freedom of establishment for service providers.
– Cross-border provision of services under clear and transparent conditions.
– Simplification of administrative procedures.
– Effective consumer protection.
– Increased quality and competitiveness of services at the national level.
