A working meeting on the draft Law on access to properties and use of infrastructure was held in online format, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.
The meeting aimed to discuss the draft law and analyze how it can transpose the provisions of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act (GIA), in dialogue with representatives of electronic communications providers, but also of infrastructure providers (utilities, energy, water, transport, etc.).
FIA Moldova was represented by Ana Groza, Executive Director, along with representatives of member companies, which emphasizes the importance of involving the business environment in the consultation process, given the significant impact that the new legislation may have on the sector.
