A working meeting on the draft law amending Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
The purpose of the meeting was to examine and discuss the challenges identified following the review of institutional opinions on the draft law aimed at modifying the legal framework for joint-stock companies.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, who emphasizes the need to ensure that the legislative changes contribute to a more stable and consolidated business environment.
