Working Meeting on the Assessment of Digitalization of Essential Public Services for Businesses

Tuesday 27 January, 2026
Start: Monday 26 January, 2026 -

In the context of promoting the “Contactless Business in Moldova” initiative, launched by the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, an assessment process was initiated to evaluate the level of digital maturity and user experience of essential public services for the business community, covering the entire life cycle of a company.

To this end, a working meeting at expert level was held on the ConsEcon platform, bringing together representatives of the business community. During the meeting, the list of public services considered essential for the efficient and fully digital operation of companies was discussed and validated. This validation is crucial to ensure the practical relevance of the list, the correct prioritization of interventions, and to provide a solid basis for subsequent public policy decisions and digitalization actions.

FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, who highlighted the key challenges faced by the business community in their day-to-day interaction with public authorities, particularly in accessing and using electronic public services.
