The State Tax Service, following the finalization of the draft Order of the Minister of Finance amending Order No. 9/2024 on the approval of the transfer pricing implementation rules, organized a working meeting with representatives of the business community.
During the meeting, the above-mentioned draft order was discussed, along with the proposed amendments and their potential impact on the business environment.
The Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA Moldova) was represented by Ms. Inga Pascal, Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies responsible for financial matters. They shared their views, observations, and proposals aimed at improving the document, emphasizing the importance of clarity, predictability, and alignment with international best practices.
