Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On February 24, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several items on the agenda, including:

• Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Law amending Law No. 8/2005 on the “Giurgiulești” International Free Port (single number 96/MDED/2026).

• Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision approving the Regulation on roadside technical inspections of commercial vehicles (single number 98/MIDR/2026).
  Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development
• Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision approving the Regulation on requirements regarding the sulphur content of certain liquid fuels (single number 104/MM/2026).
  Author: Ministry of Environment
• Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Decision of the National Agency for Energy Regulation approving amendments to certain decisions of its Administrative Board.

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
