Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On October 07, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held another regular meeting to review several items on the agenda, primarily:

• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law on the amendment of certain normative acts (adjustment of the regulatory framework in the field of consumer protection) (unique number 761/MDED/2025). Author: Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization
• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the veterinary sanitary regulation regarding animal health requirements and certification of aquatic animals and products of animal origin derived from them (unique number 759/MAIA/2025). Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry
• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the rules on specific official controls applicable to the transport of certain animals and goods originating from the Republic of Moldova that return to the country following a refusal of entry into another country (unique number 767/MAIA/2025). Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry
• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the List of prohibited and restricted chemical substances and mixtures (unique number 766/MM/2025). Author: Ministry of Environment
• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft ANRE Decision on the amendment of certain decisions of the ANRE Board of Directors. Author: National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE)

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
