On September 30, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held a regular meeting to review several items on the agenda, primarily:
• Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending certain Government decisions in the field of occupational safety and health (Unique Reference Number: 742/MMPS/2025).

• Review, within the competencies of the Working Group, of the petition submitted by the enterprise SA Baza de Transport Auto No. 28, dated August 13, 2025, as well as the contents of the official communication from the Working Group.
