On June 9, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several items on the agenda aimed at improving the regulatory framework and supporting business development.
The agenda included:
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the provision of information services on safe and secure parking areas for trucks and commercial vehicles (single number 508/MIDR/2026). - Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the provision of real-time traffic information services (single number 513/MIDR/2026). Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development

- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the amendment of Government Decision No. 558/2011 regarding stricter specific phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction or spread in the Republic of Moldova of harmful organisms to plants, plant products, and other objects (single number 499/MAIA/2026). - Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on the amendment of certain normative acts (certain aspects of company law) (single number 478/MDED/2026). Author: Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization

During the session, participants discussed the potential impact of the proposed measures on the business environment, consumer protection, and alignment with international standards. The Working Group provided comments and recommendations to improve the clarity, efficiency, and applicability of the proposed regulatory changes.
