Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On June 2, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several items on the agenda aimed at improving the regulatory framework and supporting business development.

The agenda included:

1. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on amending certain normative acts (strengthening the role of consumers in the green transition and promoting the repair of goods) (single number 451/MDED/2026).

3. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry regarding the approval of Recommendations for the prevention and reduction of Fusarium toxins in cereals and cereal products.

4. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on amending certain Government decisions (quality requirements for juices, jams, milk, and dairy products) (single number 500/MAIA/2026).

6. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Decision of the ANRE Board on amending the Regulation on access to natural gas transmission networks and congestion management, approved by ANRE Board Decision No. 421/2019.

During the session, participants discussed the potential impact of the proposed measures on the business environment, consumer protection, and alignment with international standards. The Working Group provided comments and recommendations to improve the clarity, efficiency, and applicability of the proposed regulatory changes.
