Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On May 26, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several items on the agenda, including:

  1. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the establishment of a charging system for air traffic management and air navigation services (single number 427/MIDR/2026). Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development
  2. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Technical Regulation regarding environmental noise emissions produced by equipment intended for outdoor use (single number 449/MIDR/2026). Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development

Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on data and procedures for providing users, free of charge, with minimum universal traffic information related to road safety (single number 452/MIDR/2026).   4. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on the amendment of the Insolvency Law No. 149/2012 (single number 424/MDED/2026). Author: Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization
  5. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the amendment of certain Government decisions in the field of occupational safety and health, concerning manual handling of loads, extractive industries, explosive atmospheres, temporary and mobile construction sites, work with display screen equipment, and safety and health signage at work (single number 454/MMPS/2026).
