Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On March 17, 2026, another regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review a series of items on the agenda, including:

  1. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on establishing the practical arrangements for issuing safety authorizations to the infrastructure manager and the Regulation on establishing safety methods for supervision by the national safety authority after the issuance of a safety certificate or safety authorization (unique number 174/MIDR/2026).   3. Review of the explanatory note and the draft law amending the Law on electronic communications (unique number 196/MAI/2026). Author: Ministry of Internal Affairs
  4. Review of the explanatory note and the draft law on the protection of wild flora and fauna species through the control of trade thereof (unique number 135/MM/2026). Author: Ministry of Environment
  5. Review of the explanatory note and the draft law on the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services (unique number 184/MMPS/2026). Author: Ministry of Labour and Social Protection
  6. Review of the explanatory note and the draft law amending certain normative acts in the field of labour relations, occupational safety and health, and equal treatment (unique number 181/MMPS/2026). Author: Ministry of Labour and Social Protection

 The meeting provided a platform for constructive dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at improving the transparency and predictability of the regulatory framework.


FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, who contributed to the discussions by expressing the position of FIA members regarding the draft normative acts and outlining their potential impact on entrepreneurship and the investment environment.
