Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On March 10, 2026, another regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review a series of items on the agenda, including:

1.Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision approving the Regulation on the inspection of the safe operation of ro-ro passenger ships and high-speed passenger craft (single number 166/MIDR/2026).

2. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation establishing a framework of measures regarding emergency situations and the resilience of the RM market and cooperation with the EC (single number 169/MDED/2026).

3.Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on the amendment of Law No. 174/2014 on the organization and functioning of the National Single Service for Emergency Calls 112 (single number 187/MAI/2026).

4.Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the amendment of Government Decision No. 1427/2007 approving the Regulation on the procedure for the procurement and application of excise stamps/consumption stamps on tobacco products, cartridges and refills for electronic cigarettes, including disposable electronic cigarettes, preparations intended for use in cartridges and refills for electronic cigarettes under tariff heading 2404, tobacco products and tobacco substitutes (tobacco-free mixtures based on tea leaf) under tariff headings 240399900 and 2404 (single number 186/MF/2026).

9.Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law for amending Law No. 22/2018 on the performance of certain occasional unskilled activities carried out by day laborers (implementation of the electronic platform for day laborers in agriculture) (single number 141/MMPS/2026).

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
