On October 2nd, FIA has successfully launched the 6th Edition of the White Book.
The first edition of the White Book was published in 2005, representing a real platform for dialogue between the business environment and Moldovan authorities and reflecting the priorities of FIA activity. The White Book is the Association’s business card, that represents a recommendation document and describes a concrete action plan for improving the investment climate in the country and attracting investments in the Republic of Moldova economy.
The new edition of the White Book contains 9 chapters, 4 of which are new: Justice System (new chapter), Tax Legislation, Labor Relations, Competition, Waste Management (new chapter), Digitalization of the Economy (new chapter), Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Land Issues, Telecom Industry (new chapter).
The launch event started with a welcome speech, delivered by Mrs. Maia Sandu, Prime-minister of the Republic of Moldova and Dr. Alexander Koss, FIA President. After which, FIA experts came up with presentations for each chapter.
The event was attended by FIA members, high-level state authorities, diplomatic corps and business environment representatives.
