On July 28, 2026, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity convened for a regular session to examine a series of agenda items aimed at improving the regulatory framework and supporting business development.
The agenda included the following items:
• Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law for amending certain normative acts (alignment of national legislation with the NIS2 Directive) (unique number 647/MDED/2026).

During the session, particular attention was given to the potential impact of these initiatives on the business environment, regulatory efficiency, and alignment with national and European frameworks.
The Working Group provided a series of comments and recommendations to enhance the clarity, effectiveness, and practical applicability of the proposed regulatory changes.
