WG of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity

The meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity on July 9, 2024.
According to the agenda, the following topics were discussed:
1. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation regarding the construction and reception of individual houses with one floor, with an area of ​​less than 150 square meters, intended for one or two families and their outbuildings.
2. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology for calculating tariffs for the services provided by the Naval Agency of the Republic of Moldova, the nomenclature of services and the amount of tariffs for them.
3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 506/2019 for the approval of the Framework Procedure regarding the organization, development and awarding of contracts for delegating the management of the public water supply and sewerage service.
4. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants.
5. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on authorized oenological practices and restrictions applicable to the production and conservation of wine products.
6. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the amendment of Government Decision no. 750/2016 for the approval of the regulations regarding the ecological design requirements applicable to products with an energy impact.
