On September 22, 2026, the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held a regular online meeting to review a new set of draft regulatory initiatives relevant to the business environment.
The agenda included the following items:
- Review of the Explanatory Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the procedure for investigating and establishing a diagnosis of occupational disease (unique number 904/MS/2026).

Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry - Review of the Explanatory Note and the draft Order of the Director General of the National Food Safety Agency on the approval of the Regulation on the introduction of post-registration variations to veterinary medicinal products.
Author: National Food Safety Agency - Review of the Explanatory Note and the draft Law amending certain normative acts on establishing restrictions and sanctions in the field of pyrotechnic articles and civil-use explosives (unique number NU 836/MAI/2026).
Author: Ministry of Internal Affairs - Review of the Explanatory Note and the draft Government Decision approving the Technical Regulation on the establishment of a system for the identification and traceability of pyrotechnic articles (unique number 899/MAI/2026).

The Working Group reviewed the proposed initiatives from the perspective of regulatory quality, proportionality, practical applicability, and alignment with Moldova’s broader European integration commitments.
