WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On September 8, 2026, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity convened for a regular online session to review a new set of draft regulatory initiatives with potential implications for the business environment.

The agenda included the following items:

  • Review of the explanatory note and the draft law amending certain normative acts (on establishing restrictions and sanctions in the field of pyrotechnic articles and civil-use explosives) (Unique Number NU 836/MAI/2026). Author: Ministry of Internal Affairs
  • Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Methodology for calculating the costs of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies by the Public Institution National Accreditation Center MOLDAC (Unique Number 838/MDED/2026). Author: Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization
  • Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending certain Government decisions (revision of the regulatory framework related to information security risk management with potential impact on aviation safety) (Unique Number 834/MIDR/2026). Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development
  • Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending certain Government decisions (revision of the regulatory framework related to slot allocation, access to the ground handling services market, and the National Air Transport Facilitation Programme) (Unique Number 850/MIDR/2026).   • Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending Government Decision No. 373/2018 on the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (Unique Number 851/MM/2026). Author: Ministry of Environment

The Working Group examined the proposed initiatives from the perspective of regulatory quality, proportionality, practical applicability, and alignment with Moldova’s broader European integration commitments.
