On July 21, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several agenda items aimed at improving the regulatory framework and supporting business development.
The agenda included:
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the rights of passengers traveling by bus and coach (unique number 706/MIDR/2026).

During the session, participants examined the draft normative acts covering areas such as passenger transport rights, certification of specialists in technical fields, establishment of horticultural plantations, regulation of seed multiplication and marketing, sanitary-veterinary legislation, and broader initiatives aimed at reducing excessive regulations and optimizing the system of permissive acts, as well as the introduction of a national mechanism for health technology assessment. Discussions focused on the potential impact of these initiatives on the business environment, regulatory efficiency, and alignment with applicable national and European frameworks.
The Working Group provided comments and recommendations to enhance the clarity, efficiency, and applicability of the proposed regulatory changes.
