On July 14, 2026, a regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several agenda items aimed at improving the regulatory framework and supporting business development.
The agenda included:
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on marine equipment (unique number 653/MIDR/2026). Author: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on establishing a framework for setting ecodesign requirements for sustainable products (unique number 643/MEn/2026). Author: Ministry of Energy
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law on environmental payments and taxes (unique number 688/MM/2026). Author: Ministry of Environment
- Examination of the substantiation note and the draft law for amending certain normative acts (amendment of the regulatory framework related to the sanitary-veterinary field) (legislative initiative no. 242 of 2 July 2026). Author: Member of Parliament Alexandr Trubca

During the session, participants examined the substantiation notes and draft normative acts, focusing on their potential impact on the business environment, consumer protection, and alignment with applicable national and European regulatory frameworks.
The Working Group provided comments and recommendations to enhance the clarity, efficiency, and applicability of the proposed regulatory changes.
