WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On January 13, 2026, the first regular session of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review a series of items on the agenda, mainly:

1. Explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending the Regulation on the procedure for filing and examining patent applications and for the granting of patents, approved by Government Decision No. 528/2009. Author: State Agency for Intellectual Property
2. Explanatory note and the draft Law on the organization and operation of parking facilities and parking areas (legislative initiative No. 419 of 19.12.2025). Authors: Members of Parliament

4. Explanatory note and the draft Government Decision approving the Regulation on the procedure for authorization, cultivation, monitoring, marketing, and processing of industrial hemp (unique reference No. 1001/MAIA/2025). Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
