WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On December 16, 2025, another regular meeting of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held to review several items on the agenda, mainly:

  • Explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Technical Regulation regarding the establishment of harmonized standards for the marketing of construction products (unique number 977/MIDR/2025).

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
