WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On December 9, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held its regular meeting to review several items on the agenda, mainly:

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Law amending certain normative acts (regarding the optimization of procedures for issuing permissive documents).

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending Government Decision No. 1207/2016 on the approval of the sanitary regulation on cosmetic products.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the sanitary regulation regarding recycled plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision amending Government Decision No. 683/2025 on the procedure for administering tariff-rate quotas for the import of white sugar and sugar-containing products.

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
