WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On December 2, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held its regular meeting to review an extensive agenda that included the following items:

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law for the repeal of Law No. 34/2024 on the execution of cash settlements and the amendment of certain normative acts
    (legislative initiative No. 371 of 21.11.2025).

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government decision amending Government Decision No. 1427/2007, which approves the Regulation on the procurement and application of excise stamps/consumption stamps for tobacco products, cartridges and refills for electronic cigarettes (including disposable electronic cigarettes), preparations intended for use in these cartridges and refills under tariff position 2404, as well as tobacco products and tobacco substitutes (tobacco-free mixtures based on tea leaves) under tariff positions 240399900 and 2404

The meeting provided a constructive platform for dialogue between public authorities and the business community, aimed at ensuring a more transparent and predictable regulatory framework.
