On July 1, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held its regular meeting to examine several legislative proposals with potential impact on the business environment.
The agenda focused on:
- Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending Government Decision No. 143/2016 for the approval of the Regulation on the domestic transport of dangerous goods.
