WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On July 15, 2025, the regular meeting of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The agenda included discussions on eight key legislative and regulatory proposals, mainly:

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the establishment of requirements for information security risk management with potential impact on aviation safety and the amendment of certain Government Decisions.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law on the admission, stay, and supervision of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law on the topographies of semiconductor products.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending certain Government Decisions (completing veterinary sanitary requirements and microbiological criteria for food products and establishing specific standards for official controls regarding the presence of Trichinella in meat).

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law for amending Article 24 of Law No. 368/2023 on meteorological and hydrological activity.

  • Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the protection of workers against risks related to exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic agents, or substances toxic to reproduction.
