On July 15, 2025, the regular meeting of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.
The agenda included discussions on eight key legislative and regulatory proposals, mainly:
- Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the establishment of requirements for information security risk management with potential impact on aviation safety and the amendment of certain Government Decisions.

Author: State Agency on Intellectual Property - Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending certain Government Decisions (completing veterinary sanitary requirements and microbiological criteria for food products and establishing specific standards for official controls regarding the presence of Trichinella in meat).
Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry - Examination of the explanatory note and the draft law for amending Article 24 of Law No. 368/2023 on meteorological and hydrological activity.
Author: Veaceslav Nigai, Member of Parliament - Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the protection of workers against risks related to exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic agents, or substances toxic to reproduction.
Author: Ministry of Health - Examination of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending Government Decision No. 1100/2017 on the approval of the List of allowed health claims for labeling food products, other than those related to reducing the risk of disease and promoting children’s health and development.
