WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

Today, June 24, 2025, the regular meeting of the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The agenda included discussions on six key legislative and regulatory proposals, mainly:

  1. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending Government Decision No. 326/2022 regarding the approval of the Regulation on carrying out road transport on public roads with exceeding total mass, axle loads and/or maximum permitted dimensions.   2. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending several Government decisions (concerning fiscal and customs aspects). Author: Ministry of Finance
  3. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on approving the monitoring requirements for the transport of animals and certain goods accompanied by the Common Entry Sanitary Document. Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry
  4. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on approving the rules for uniform practical procedures applied in the performance of official controls on plants, plant products, wood packaging materials, and other objects. Author: Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry
  5. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on approving the veterinary sanitary norm regarding cases of suspected or confirmed non-compliance with the rules applicable to the use or residues of pharmacologically active substances authorized in veterinary medicinal products or as feed additives, or with the rules applicable to prohibited or unauthorized substances.   6. Review of the explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on approving the Technical Standards for the refill mechanism of electronic cigarettes. Author: Ministry of Health
