The meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity took place on April 16.
According to the Agenda📜, the following topics are examined:
✅PHG regarding the modification of some HG (implementation of the policy on subsidies in agriculture and the rural environment).
✅PHG regarding the amendment of HG no. 643/2003 regarding the approval of Methodological Norms and classification criteria a
tourist reception structures with accommodation and catering functions.
✅AIR to PHG regarding the approval of PL for the modification of some normative acts (tobacco control).
✅AIR to the draft ANRE Decision regarding the modification of the Methodology for calculating, approving and applying the regulated tariffs for the natural gas transport service, approved by the Decision of the ANRE Board of Directors NO. 535/2019 of December 27, 2019.
✅AIR to the draft ANRE Decision regarding
modification of some Decisions of the ANRE Board of Directors.
✅AIR to PL for the modification of some normative acts (facilitating the activity of the business environment VII).
