WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

The Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held today.

The agenda included the examination of five topics, such as:

1. The explanatory Note and the draft Law on digital services.
2. The explanatory Note and the draft Law for the amendment of certain normative acts (optimization of the processes for obtaining permissive documents).
3. The explanatory Note and the draft Law amending and supplementing Law No. 231/2010 on domestic trade.
4. The explanatory Note and the draft ANRE Decision on financial guarantees for the proper execution of connection permits.
5. The explanatory Note and the draft ANRE Decision on the approval of the Framework Regulation on the organization and functioning of the public water supply and sewerage service.
