WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

The Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place today, on the 22^nd of April 2025.

The meeting agenda included the examination of five topics, such as:

1. Explanatory Note and a draft Government Decision on the approval of the Methodology for calculating tariffs for road passenger transport through regular services in inter-district and district traffic.
2. Explanatory Note and the draft Law on the free movement and residence on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of European Union citizens and their family members.
3. Explanatory Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the specific hygiene requirements applicable to food of animal origin.
4. Explanatory Note and the draft Government Decision on the amendment of the Regulation on the definition, description, presentation, and labeling of alcoholic beverages, approved by Government Decision No. 589/2023.
5. Explanatory Note and the draft Law on medical devices.
