WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity 

The Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place on April 8, 2025.

The meeting agenda included the examination of four topics, such as:

1. Explanatory Note and a draft Law for amending the Railway Transport Code no. 19/2022
2. Explanatory Note and the draft Law for amending some normative acts (regulation of activity in the field of geodesy, cadastre and real estate valuation).
3. Explanatory Note and the draft Law on amending some normative acts (regulation of industrial hemp).
4. Analysis of the potential participation of the Working Group for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity in the network of RIA Units in Europe.
