WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

The Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place on April 1, 2025.

The meeting agenda included the examination of seven draft normative acts, such as:

1. Explanatory note and the draft law regarding the activity of real estate agents.
2. Explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of safety methods concerning the requirements of the railway safety management system and monitoring that must be applied by railway enterprises, infrastructure managers, and entities responsible for maintenance.
3. Explanatory note and the draft law to amend Law no. 237/2018 concerning the conformity control with quality requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables.
4. Explanatory note and the draft Government Decision on amending certain Government Decisions (regarding certain categories of cereals).
5. Explanatory note and the draft law regarding the amendment of the Water Law no. 272/2011.
6. Explanatory note and the draft Decision of the Board of Directors of ANRE regarding the approval of the Framework Regulation on the performance indicators of the public water supply and sewerage service.
7. Explanatory note and the draft Methodology for calculating, approving, and applying regulated tariffs for electricity distribution services.
