WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

The Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity was held today, 25 March 2025.

The meeting agenda included the examination of eight draft normative acts, as follows:

1. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision for the approval of the Instruction concerning the procedure for halting access to websites containing information intended for or used in the preparation or commission of crimes, as well as for removing such content at the source.
2. Substantiation Note and draft Law amending Title IV of the Fiscal Code No. 1163/1997.
3. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision regarding the content and format of records of phytosanitary products maintained by professional users.
4. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision for the approval of the requirements concerning the quality and marketing of fresh-cut flowers and fresh ornamental foliage.
5. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision for the approval of regulations aimed at reducing the methods of determination and establishing standards for conducting official controls of contaminants in food products.
6. Substantiation Note and draft Law on the Pharmacy Law.
7. Amendment to the draft Law on medicines.
8. Substantiation Note and draft Decision of the Administrative Council of ANRE for the approval of the Regulation on Guarantees of Origin.
